“I want yoga to be healing for my students as it was for me."  

I am a mother of 2 and full time advertising producer. My yoga story was originally inspired by the dedicated female teachers of the Ashtanga discipline 15 years ago. Yoga became a healing practice in my life and I hopes that yoga can be the same for my students.

I will believe in you because I see the spark within you that has the potential to do anything. My dream is to share my knowledge, experience and passion with as many people as possible. 

We find strength through letting go and living in the present moment, which leads to inner peace and joy.
